Bilbao Airport is the third most punctual in Spain

Bilbao Airport remains on the podium of the aviation sector and holds the third position as the most punctual airport in Spain so far this year. Following its commitment to provide a service of exceptional quality to its customers, it has managed to carry out 84% of its flights without interruptions, according to a study prepared by AirHelp, the organization that defends the rights of travelers worldwide.

This milestone is added to another recently achieved by the Basque infrastructure: in May it recorded the best month in its history, with a total traffic of 604,247 passengers.

Asturias Airport crowns the ranking with a compliance rate of 86% of its flights, and the second place is shared by Granada-Jaén and La Palma, both of them close to 85%. On the contrary, Murcia, Costa Brava, Malaga and Alicante are positioned at the end of the classification with the worst punctuality rate.
