Bilbao Airport receives its first flight from Tetouan

A few minutes before quarter past eight in the morning this Saturday, 25th May, an Airbus A320 from Tetouan landed on the runway of Bilbao Airport to kick off the new route offered by the terminal in Bizkaia.

This new connection with the so-called ‘white city’, an important tourist destination in the north of Morocco, will be operational during the summer season, at least until the end of October. It will operate once a week, every Saturday.

This is the second route that Air Arabia operates from Bilbao Airport, as since 2021 it is also possible to fly from La Paloma to Tangier.
