General terms and conditions for the Extraordinary Incentive for the Recovery of Operations S21

The reimbursement of the average monthly landing charge will be equal than the monthly operation recovery percentage calculated in relation to their performance at the equivalent month in the Summer 19 season for all its monthly operations in the Aena´s network.

The number of operations entitled to the refund will be those exceeding the following thresholds: 30% for the months of April, May and June, and 45% for the months of July, August, September and October.

The airline have to equalize or exceed 8 commercial passenger landing operations per month in order to qualify for this incentive.

For commercial passenger landing operations.

The maximum refund of the average monthly landing charge is 100%.

In force from the 1st of April to the 31st of October 2021.

The incentive shall be earned monthly but the refund shall be made after Summer 21 Season.

Extraordinary Incentive to stimulate operation recovery Winter 20

Refund for all operations

Passenger landing operations per month.

General terms and conditions for the Extraordinary Incentive for the Recovery of Operations W20

The refund of the average monthly landing charge will be equal than the monthly operation recovery percentage calculated in relation to their performance at the equivalent month in the previous year for all its monthly operations in the Aena´s network.

The operations recovery percentage for each airline must be equal or greater than 20% compared to the equivalent month of the previous year and each airline have to equalize or exceed 8 commercial passenger landing operations per month in order to qualify for this incentive.

The maximum refund of the average monthly landing charge is 100%.

The incentive shall be earned monthly but the refund shall be made after Winter 20 Season.

General terms for additional discounts

Transfer Passengers:
40% discount in the passenger & security charges for passengers in connecting flights.

Connecting passengers shall be deemed those that fly within 12 hours on two or more subsequent flights with a single ticket number to a different airport from the origin airport.

Seasonality:
20% discount in the passenger & security charges for the passengers.

Currently it is applied to the seasonal airports of the Balearic Islands (PMI, IBZ and MAH) according to Law 21/2003.

Off-Peak Day:
50% discount in the landing & passenger charges for the operation at the Canary Island Airports during off-peak days.

The Off-Peak Day discount must be requested during the month of January.
