Five direct connections confirmed and more to be announced in the coming weeks. In addition to the already announced routes of Marrakech, Riga, Rome, Warsaw and Azores, another “5 or 6 new destinations” will soon be added, which are already on the table for the summer of 2023. In the case of the Azores, Bilbao will also link, indirectly through a stopover, with New York, Boston and Toronto, “which reinforces the connectivity of the territory in an important way”.

Volotea and Vueling, in particular, will reinforce their presence in Bilbao, which has closed several co-marketing campaigns with these and other airlines.
