Bilbao Airport records the best April in its history

4,400 operations and 531,496 passengers are the record figures reached by Bilbao Airport last April.

Landings and take-offs reflect a significant improvement, increasing by 11.5% compared to 2022.

On the other hand, domestic traffic grew by 10.7% and international movements recovered by 89.1% compared to the same period in 2019, which means a total volume of 211,216 people.

The first four months of this year show a figure of 1,651,544 users, a figure that represents an increase of 0.2% compared to last 2019.

The statistics allow a positive balance to be drawn and it is expected that there will be a quantitative improvement in air activity and even a total recovery in the benchmark terminal in the north of Spain.
